Introduction

     Hello everyone. This is my first blog and is going to be a little about myself. I'm Joseph and I enjoy many things. I like fishing, sports, and one thing particularly like doing is socializing. I enjoy hanging out with my friends a lot. Writing isn't something I really like doing but today I'm going to write about things I like doing with friends, which is playing games. Basketball is one of my favorite sports to not just watch but to play as well. Me and my friends like to go to David Park to play a lot of time before this whole pandemic and I miss it. But because of this pandemic, I found something new to enjoy with my friends which is video games. I play a lot types of games with friends but one game that stood out is Among Us. It's a 6-8 player game where you and your crew are on a space ship and there is an imposter among your crew. Your goal as a crewmate is to fix the ship or to vote off the imposter to win. If you're the imposter, you have to sabotage the ship and get rid of the entire crew to win. At first glace, it seems to be a  simple game but it can get pretty complex at times. The imposter can hide in vents and use them to travel across the ship to gain an advantage. The imposter can also sabotage the ship like cutting of O2 supply or failing the reactor and can win if the crewmates don't stop it. You can also lock doors to trap people or cut sections off for a certain amount of time. The crewmates do have cameras in certain places and can watch them to see what goes on. It plays especially well with friends as you can talk instead of texting in chat and it's fun to figure out who's who. You can lie as the imposter to get someone voted off and it can be pretty funny sometimes. This game is pretty special as not many games are as fun as this and are free to play. You can get pretty creative as an Imposter and it's really fun to figure out who is the imposter. My friends and I have a lot of fun playing and I recommend anyone reading this blog to try it out. It has definitely helped strive away boredom during this quarantine.

 Hello. This will be my last blog updating my progress. The last blog will be the movie itself. I managed to finish everything that needed be done. All of the footage is put together and edited properly to fit most of the storyboard. I did have to change some thing though. Firstly, I had to take out some scenes. This was because the movie would be too long and pass the 2 minute mark. Some of the scenes taken out were in the car scene where instead of having the car moving, the car is still. The scenes are only taken from the side as nobody is in the front. The next scene at the court is also different as less angles of the court were taken because it would make the movie too long. It was also quicker too leading into the next page of the storyboard. Scene 5 was changed where instead of me falling, I just tried to block him instead. He makes the shot still. The angle is also different where it's on the side instead. I also don't kneel and just put my hands on my head and my knee...

Production Blog for my final task: Last footage: AICE Media Studies

 Hello again. From my previously blog, I talked about what footage we gathered and the next time we planned to film. However, things changed. My partner and friend had to work on the day we were supposed to film. And even though we put the day back one of them still had to work. This meant that we couldn't film. So instead we are going to file day, on on Sunday where everyone is off work. So before Sunday, I will gather footage for my car scenes. That way, we'll have all the footage of the movie. Afterwards, I will move on. We will finish up the last steps of the final task. We will take all of the footage and edit it to make our movie. I will mainly do most of the editing. My partner will help me if needed as of right now. Editing the film shouldn't take too long. I do have a little experience from my previous projects. So I have some understanding of editing a film.
