Production Blog for my final task: Preparing and Finalizing Plans: AICE Media Studies

Update to the last blog. My tripod is still being picked out. I haven't decided which one yet. Over this weekend, I will go to the store and look for one. Speaking of this weekend, I will decide to film on Sunday. Spring break is here. School is closed tomorrow and the week after. This is a perfect time to do all of my filming. I have little school work so this gives me plenty of time to work. I only have to study a little as exams are coming up. Other than that, now's the time to film and edit. I plan on getting the first few scenes by myself. I will then have my partner and I meet up. We will meet at the court as planned and film the last scenes. Other than that, we will be done. Later, we'll edit together and finish the project. This shouldn't take too long as long as nothing unplanned happens. I am personally looking forward to this spring break. School has been tuff this year with covid and e-learning. This break will let off some steam. Until my next blog, I will continue making sure things stay the same and enjoy myself this break.

 Hello. This will be my last blog updating my progress. The last blog will be the movie itself. I managed to finish everything that needed be done. All of the footage is put together and edited properly to fit most of the storyboard. I did have to change some thing though. Firstly, I had to take out some scenes. This was because the movie would be too long and pass the 2 minute mark. Some of the scenes taken out were in the car scene where instead of having the car moving, the car is still. The scenes are only taken from the side as nobody is in the front. The next scene at the court is also different as less angles of the court were taken because it would make the movie too long. It was also quicker too leading into the next page of the storyboard. Scene 5 was changed where instead of me falling, I just tried to block him instead. He makes the shot still. The angle is also different where it's on the side instead. I also don't kneel and just put my hands on my head and my knee...

Production Blog for my final task: Last footage: AICE Media Studies

 Hello again. From my previously blog, I talked about what footage we gathered and the next time we planned to film. However, things changed. My partner and friend had to work on the day we were supposed to film. And even though we put the day back one of them still had to work. This meant that we couldn't film. So instead we are going to file day, on on Sunday where everyone is off work. So before Sunday, I will gather footage for my car scenes. That way, we'll have all the footage of the movie. Afterwards, I will move on. We will finish up the last steps of the final task. We will take all of the footage and edit it to make our movie. I will mainly do most of the editing. My partner will help me if needed as of right now. Editing the film shouldn't take too long. I do have a little experience from my previous projects. So I have some understanding of editing a film.
